Refund Policy

Below you'll find all the information you need to best manage your potential request.

Guarantee: You have a total of 14 days from receipt of your order to return it.

Contact: Send your request to info@qrila.net and we'll guide you through the steps to get your return processed as quickly as possible.

Packaging: Returned products must arrive in their original box and/or packaging.

Products: must be in good condition, properly sealed and not have been tampered with.

Failure to return: If the product has been handled, tampered with, stored incorrectly, subjected to inappropriate treatment, damaged packaging, or otherwise caused by customer negligence (for example, if the product was not closed properly), we will not be able to authorize the return or refund.

Notification: As soon as we receive the product at our warehouse, we'll send you an email to confirm that we've received your return. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Amount Paid: Within 10 business days of receiving the product at our warehouse, we will process a 100% refund of the product price and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you paid for shipping at the time of purchase, we will also refund the shipping costs.

Late refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your bank. It can sometimes take a few days for the refund to be officially posted. If you've followed all these steps and haven't received your refund yet, please email mail@alessandraimpalli@gmail.com

Other: If you have any other specific needs regarding your refund, please email mail@alessandraimpalli.it and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to find the solution that best suits your needs.

CHANGES:

If you wish to exchange a product for another, the same conditions mentioned for product returns will apply and you will also have the following options:

Exchange with the same reference: If the product you received arrives damaged or in unusable condition, we will replace it free of charge.

Please email mail@alessandraimpalli.it with a photo and/or video of the condition of the product upon arrival so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange for a different product: If you change your mind or make a mistake when ordering, don't worry! We'll exchange the product for another one you specified. If the requested product has a lower price than the one you requested in exchange, we'll send you a partial refund. Otherwise, we'll ask you to pay the difference.

Number of changes allowed per customer: Only one change is allowed.
