Shipping and returns

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS:

NATIONAL SHIPPING: Delivery in 4-15 working days, depending on whether the items are ready for delivery or custom-made.

Shipping costs: €9.00. Free shipping on orders over €160.00.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: If you need to, you can exchange or return the item you purchased, except for items customized just for you, which unfortunately cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, we recommend contacting us first if you're unsure about the size so we can help you choose the right one.

Below you'll find all the information you need to best manage your potential request.

Guarantee: You have a total of 14 days from receipt of your order to make an exchange or return.

Contact: Send your request to mail@alessandraimpalli.it and we'll guide you through the steps to ensure the fastest return.

Packaging: Returned products must arrive in their original box and/or packaging.

Products: must be in good condition, with tags and must not have been used.

Failure to return: If the product has been handled, tampered with, stored incorrectly, subjected to inappropriate treatment, or otherwise caused by negligence on the part of the customer, we will not be able to authorize the return and refund.

Notification: As soon as we receive the product, we'll send you an email to confirm that we've received your return. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Amount Paid: Within a maximum of 10 business days of receiving the product at our warehouse, we will process a 100% refund of the product cost and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
